Welcome to Parkland Nursery and Landscape Services Ltd. A third generation, locally owned and operated, Canadian company. Established in 1971, we have put our roots down just east of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada allowing us to service the Central Alberta area and to ship trees all across Western Canada. We have three divisions that combined, make us “Your Green Connection”.
Our Nursery division has 500 acres under production with a wide selection of prairie hardy trees, shrubs and perennials. Our production program and our personnel are committed to producing healthy, high quality plant material, suitable for climates Zones 1 through 4, that meet the rigorous requirements of the Clean Plants Nursery Certification Program – formerly Domestic Phytosanitary Certification Program (DPCP).
Our Landscape division is one of Central Alberta’s leading commercial landscape companies, specializing in commercial, industrial landscape construction, subdivision construction and large scale residential projects. We offer a wide range of services beyond the supply and installation of plant material. We install everything from retaining walls and brick pavers to park furniture. We have also been known to install a walking bridge from time to time. No matter what unique features your project calls for, we have the team and the expertise to take your concept to reality.
Our last division is our Commercial Maintenance division which services both the grounds of commercial buildings as well as subdivision maintenance. With our fleet of commercial mowers, from push mowers to 12 foot mowing decks, water trucks and trailers, and licensed applicators, we can make sure your landscape thrives during the growing season! We also do Spring clean ups and Fall tidy ups. In the winter we have a commercial sanding truck that can help give your icy parking lots some much needed traction!
